Rick is certified in Strategic Account Management from the Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA), and he earned certificates from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management, as well as in Strategic Thinking. During his 23-year career with Marriott International, he was a certified facilitator at their Global Sales Schools, and while working with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company he was a certified speaker for The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center. Rick graduated from Asheville-Buncombe College with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
