- Martin is a leading Revenue Management and Distribution Expert for independent hotels and resorts with 25 years experience in major markets across the US and Europe. Prior to creating Focus Revenue Management he was a leader for Highgate Hotels, The Sydell Group and Grand Hospitality among others. He has worked on implementing revenue management solutions and overseeing properties such as The Soho Grand, James NoMad, The Knickerbocker, and Park Lane in New York, The Line hotels in LA and DC, launching Freehand hostel in Miami, Chicago and LA, and in Portugal, the Palacio do Governador in Lisbon, and Hilton Vilamoura Resort in the Algarve. He has firsthand experience in new openings and renovation projects, and with repositioning hotels to drive top line revenue and profitability.
