Background

Simon's 25 year career spans three continents where he successfully operated and positioned luxury hotels from New York City to Zurich and most recently Jakarta. In 1998, he commenced his hospitality career as a restaurant manager at the famous Turner Fisheries at The Westin Copley Place in Boston. Over the next 12 years, he progressed through food & beverage management and executive leadership roles at the St. Regis and the Peninsula New York, Baur au Lac in Zürich and Gramercy Park Hotel in New York, Mandarin Oriental Hotel group in Las Vegas and Miami. In 2013, Simon advanced to General Manager and was tasked with the opening of the award winning Le Méridien Chicago-Oakbrook Center, before becoming General Manager at the “Leading Hotel of the World” Nobu Hotel Riyadh in 2017 and General Manager at Alila SCBD Hotel by Hyatt in Jakarta, Indonesia. Simon's international career with the leading hotel brands of the world will ensure that owners and investors goals are achieved.
