She has held multiple sales management and operational positions in 5 star hotels and resorts in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela, and in luxury resorts in Thailand and The Maldives. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to serve as hotel executive with international hotel chains, franchises and independent properties, as well as now as a client of hotels as a luxury travel advisor, allowing her to not only understand the needs of hoteliers, but also how to apply the best practices of what competitors offer in each to the markets. Her experience in the international arena for more than two decades allows her to create real solutions, establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, present services to hoteliers, investors, developers and negotiate deals on their behalf. - Haydee Cruz earned a Master of Business Administration from Glion Institute of Higher Education from Switzerland with emphasis in International Hospitality and Services Industries Management. She received her B.A. in Marketing in the Dominican Republic. Her expertise in sales and marketing and operations has been honed with brands such as Marriott, Anantara, Accor, Outrigger and Onyx, as well as luxury independent hotels and resorts around the globe.
