Stacy's expertise lies in the ability to thoroughly analyze a foodservice operation by looking at each component independently and as a part of the whole. Frameworks for new initiatives, improvements in profitability and performance, and overall strategies are developed for her clients using sound methodology and common sense.
A graduate of Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Stacy has over 35 years of experience in the foodservice industry. She has worked in all aspects of operations and management in the full, quick, and non-traditional segments. As a management consultant for The Hale Group for nine years and as proprietor of her own firm since 2001, Stacy has undertaken assignments for a variety of clients including food manufacturers, specialty food marketers, restaurant chains, distributors, trade associations. She has particular expertise in supply chain issues and strategies. In addition to her consulting practice Stacy currently owns and operates a number of airport foodservice concessions in major U.S. airports.
