  • Janet Eason, Founder and CEO of Eason Branding, is a seasoned brand strategist with decades of experience providing strategic direction, engaging marketing concepts, and brand growth for both global and boutique hospitality brands. Her portfolio of work includes prominent names in hospitality, destinations, and airlines such as The Islands of the Bahamas, Barbados Tourism Authority, Emirates Airlines and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Janet successfully positioned these brands as industry leaders and supported brand growth. As CEO of Eason Branding, Janet brings a fresh, innovative approach to problem solving and creating genuine connections between consumers and brands. Prior to founding Eason Branding, Janet served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Main Street Hospitality, a hotel management company, where she led marketing and branding efforts for several boutique hotels in the Northeast. Her work encompassed everything from launching new hotels to repositioning established brands, driving growth and recognition in a competitive market. Prior to her work with Main Street Hospitality, Janet served as the Executive Marketing Director for Colonial Williamsburg, where she spearheaded all marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio including five hotels, three golf courses, a 5-star spa, and 10 restaurants, driving cohesive branding and promoting growth.
