Background

  • Chiara began her career in marketing and sales in 2015 within international brand environments in the luxury fashion sector, developing a strong foundation in customer experience and premium brand positioning. She later joined Procter & Gamble, where she held several commercial and trade marketing roles, most recently as Senior Trade Marketing Manager responsible for selected brands in Italy. In this role, she led multi-channel strategies, monitored performance metrics, and ensured execution standards across premium distribution channels. Building on this experience, Chiara transitioned into consulting, initially supporting the development and positioning of her family-owned wine business, before specializing in luxury hospitality quality and guest experience. Today, she works as a Quality Specialist and Business Consultant, advising hospitality and luxury brands on service standards, guest journey, and brand alignment, helping elevate performance and ensure consistency with luxury positioning.

Chiara brings a strong combination of sales and marketing experience, strategic thinking, and professional auditing expertise to her work in hospitality quality and performance improvement. Her diverse background allows her to approach consulting with both a commercial and operational perspective.
