Background
- Starting at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Design and Construction, we managed new builds and major renovation projects globally. Responsibilities included developing and upholding brand standards, and supporting the opening of complex mixed-use hotels worldwide. Working across multiple regions required you to adapt to local project cultures and work closely with regional teams to deliver properties on schedule and within budget. In 2016 Elevate Technology Consulting was launched, providing full-scope ELV design and consulting services for luxury Hospitality in locations such as Hawaii, St. Lucia, South Carolina, Idaho, Texas, Toronto, and London, UK. We have a new office in the United Kingdom, led by our Managing Director Jonathan Bell. Outside of work, we enjoy staying active through hockey and golf and value maintaining strong professional and personal relationships, driven by our outgoing personality and commitment to fostering healthy connections both at work and at home.

RIM Architects were tasked with coordinating all design consultants for the Mauna Lani Bay project. When we engaged Rishi and worked with him and his team, we quickly realized how valuable his knowledge and experience was in delivering low voltage design and consulting services for the team. He was always willing to join calls, give direction and feedback and fly to the island for meetings with little notice. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and satisfaction of the work that Rishikumar performed for the successful opening of our Four Seasons property in the Kingdom of Bahrain with regards to all IT Systems and Communications. He was already very much involved with the project when I first met him in Toronto in January 2014.
