Mailys Pensivy, CRME has successfully optimized Topline revenues (Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa) and increased profitability across a wide range of hotels. Her experience includes independent and branded properties of various sizes in urban, resort and airport locations, each with its own unique market mix and services. Geographically, she has experience both domestically and abroad, including in Paris, Miami, Los Angeles and Washington, DC.

With a decade of experience in Revenue Management, she has established tools to quickly analyze the opportunities and challenges of a property and find the key levers to work on for short and long-term impact.

Certified in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell, Mailys applies a “360 degree” approach to Revenue Management and supports hotels through every stage of the asset cycle.

Professional & Other

Originally from France, Mailys Pensivy moved to the United States as part of her college education with the EDHEC Business School, earning her International MBA at Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management. Pursuant to her studies in Los Angeles, and over the course of 8 years, Mailys had the opportunity to live in Miami, Washington DC, New York City and now Chicago; this diversity and change has proven to be an asset in both her professional and personal life.

She is a Certified Revenue Management Executive with HSMAI, and also has received certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.

Most recently, she decided to dedicate more time to sharing her experience. She joined Roosevelt University and DePaul University as an adjunct Professor in their Master programs in Hospitality.
