David's expertise extends to financial planning, site selection, lease negotiation, project management, culinary development, operations, and employee training. David's ability to create comprehensive messaging and marketing strategies, combined with his deep experience with data analysis, feasibility studies and financial modeling, has driven significant growth and development in every role he has undertaken.
Background
- David's career began with a degree in Finance from New York University. Alongside his work in Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate, David co-founded and operated multiple renowned restaurant and nightlife brands including Spy Bar and Chaos in the ‘90s and the acclaimed Pink Elephant hospitality brand in the 2000’s. His roles have focused on expansion of hospitality brands globally, managing high-revenue operations and developing new hotel F&B verticals. Notably, as the Chief Operating Officer for international hospitality and entertainment brand CÉ LA VI, David managed international operations across six time zones. In his consulting roles, David provides strategic guidance for franchising and brand expansion of emerging brands, as well as oversight for complex projects. Some of David's recent consulting roles include acting as Head of Franchising and Development for Ghost Brands International focusing on domestic and international roll-outs in the QSR and Fast Casual Space and delivering strategic partnerships and business opportunities to US Restaurant groups expanding in Asia and the Middle East.
