He had the experience in 11 countries and has opened three hotels as Director of Sales & Marketing and four hotels as Opening General Manager where he developed the hands-on skills and know-how needed to achieve success. Germinal's background allows him to provide advisory in sales, operations, marketing, revenue management, mystery shopper and training in all the areas.

Germinal has the experience of opening three hotels as Director of Sales & Marketing in El Salvador, Caracas, and Monterrey, Mexico and five hotels as Opening General Manager In Dubai, Oman, Ghana, Cancun and Panama.
He possesses a diverse background with experiences in sales/marketing, operations and human resources. Germinal is a results driven leader who secures continued financial results for the hotel business through his creative problem solving and hard sell actions, skills especially valuable during today's challenging times.

Germinal graduated in 1981 with an Associate degree in Public Relations from Caracas Venezuela. That same year, he moved to Denver, Colorado to continue his education, learning english as a second language and then graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, broadcasting, and Marketing. In 2003 he completed his Marriott Business General Managers program at St Kitts hotel.
Even though Germinal did not pursue a Hotel & Hospitality career he is passionate about the hospitality industry and to improving guest experiences. He has helped in coaching and mentoring talents to be their best, and sharing his knowledge with the next generation of hotel & hospitality leaders.
Germinal is fluent in Spanish, Portugese and English.
