Bill's unique areas of expertise are in the planning, development and operation of casinos. Bill leads Casino Gaming Group, an international, full-service gaming consultancy offering assistance with Casino design, layout, operating procedures, internal controls, operations analyses, management-performance reviews, casino lease / management contract negotiations, peer reviews, asset management.
Bill served as the casino-expert member on resort development teams in conceptual design, planning, building, furnishing, and opening of the casinos in major resorts and cruise ships, among others: Conrad Jupiter's Casino Resort, Queensland, Australia; SS Norway, Norwegian Cruise Lines; Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, Puerto Rico; Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino, Puerto Rico; Four Seasons Emerald Bay Resort, The Bahamas; Mount Airy Casino Resort, Pennsylvania; Cat Island Golf & Beach Resort, The Bahamas; and Myriad Tunica Resort, Mississippi (pending financing).
He has conducted dozens of operational reviews, market positionings, acquisition due diligence analyses, and casino operations upgrades in commercial and tribal casinos throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
Professional & Other
Bill is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He served as Global President of the Cornell Hotel Society, Chairman of the Cornell Hotel Society Foundation, and as a member of the Hotel-Casino Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He also served as a U.S. Navy carrier pilot, including a combat tour in Vietnam as an F4 Phantom Pilot.
