Expertise

Antoine is a passionate hospitality executive who has spent his entire 30 year career in hotel operations. He has been involved as a GM or a VP with opening and operating premier independent and global lifestyle brands across the US and around the world. This expertise gives him a unique perspective on how to tackle all potential opportunities and provide innovative solutions that are both holistic and realistic.

Antoine applies his practiced and highly effective principles, models, and systems to each assignment. Whether for temporary operational support during transition, relaunch or property openings, or reviewing ongoing operations, Antoine is expert in identifying opportunities to establish revenue and profit optimization, and to motivate and strengthen guest service and sales teams.

Background

Prior to launching his own consulting firm, Antoine was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Proper Hospitality, a luxury lifestyle hotel startup in Santa Monica. In this role, he led all operations for the company’s seven luxury properties across three brands and oversaw the opening of multiple properties in San Francisco, Santa Monica and Austin.

Previously, Antoine was with Two Roads Hospitality where he helped grow the Thompson brand in NYC, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood, and then oversaw a 16 hotel portfolio that included Joie de Vivre and Thompson hotel brands on the west coast and Mexico.

Earlier in his career, Antoine held a variety of leadership roles with global hospitality firms, including Intercontinental, Westin, and Hilton. These roles exposed him to every facet of hotel and food and beverage operations and took him to Washington DC, Toronto, New Orleans, Miami, Bali, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Professional & Other

Fluent in French and Arabic, Antoine holds a Master of Business Administration in International Hotel Management from a joint program between Cornell University and ESSEC Business School in France.
